What is included in your estimate?
Every item is listed: structure, masonry, flooring, doors and windows, painting, electrical and plumbing, with brands and quantities. No surprises later.
Do you help with building plan approvals?
Yes. We guide you on the documents and coordinate with your architect or engineer for approval with the local authority.
How long does it take to build a house?
It depends on size, design and approvals. We agree the timeline in writing before work starts. Typical time for a G+1 house – to confirm
How are payments made?
In stages linked to completed work, such as foundation, slab, brickwork and finishing. The exact stages are written into the agreement.
Do you give a warranty or after-handover support?
Yes. Defects reported during the support period are attended to as per the agreement. Support / defect period – to confirm
Do you follow Vastu?
Yes. We plan layouts as per your Vastu requirements or your Vastu consultant’s guidance, and match them with structural needs.
Will I get progress updates?
Yes. Regular photo and video updates on WhatsApp, and you can visit the site anytime with prior notice.
Do you take government works?
Yes. We bid for civil works from AP departments, municipalities and panchayats as per our registration class.
Can you build sheds and warehouses near Sri City?
